Day by day
Morning: Arrival at Socotra airport, meet & assist by Eagle Socotra team. Transfer to Hadibo guesthouse / eco-camp. Briefing on safety, photography plan, and permit checks (especially drone).
Afternoon: Short drive around Hadibo town: capture local markets, fishermen, and daily life.
Sunset session at Delisha Beach: -- wide-angle coastal shots and silhouettes.
Evening: Welcome dinner and overnight in Hadibo. Backup gear and prepare for mountain trip.
Early Morning (before sunrise): Depart to Diksam Plateau -- the land of Dragon Blood Trees. Capture sunrise lighting the tree canopies and misty highlands.
Midday: Explore Wadi Dirhur Canyon -- shoot textures of rocks, deep valleys, and shadow-light contrasts.
Afternoon: Portraits of the local herders and villagers (with consent).
Sunset on the canyon rim with aerial drone shots.
Evening: Camp overnight on the plateau (amazing for Milky Way photography).
Morning: Drive to Homhil Protected Area (about 2 hrs). Trek up to the natural infinity pool overlooking the sea. Wide-angle landscapes and reflections in the pool.
Afternoon: Photograph bottle trees and frankincense trees. Drone flight capturing the cliffs meeting the ocean.
Evening: Sunset shoot from the cliff edge, overnight camping in Homhil. Optional night-sky or star-trail session.
Morning: Drive to the easternmost tip -- Ras Erissel, where the Arabian Sea meets the Indian Ocean. Capture sunrise and waves crashing on rugged rocks.
Midday: Climb or photograph Arher Sand Dunes towering beside the mountains. Abstract compositions with footprints and light patterns on dunes.
Afternoon / Sunset: Sunset photography on the dunes; aerial shots showing contrast between white sand and turquoise sea.
Evening: Camp near Arher Beach under the stars.
Morning: Depart to Qalansiyah Village, then walk to Detwah Lagoon (protected area). Lagoon reflections, crabs, fishermen, and water birds.
Afternoon: Portraits of local fishermen with nets; use telephoto for candid shots. Optional visit to Sheikh Izaak fisherman -- famous character for storytelling photos.
Sunset: Capture golden light over the lagoon with aerial or long-exposure shots.
Evening: Overnight at Detwah Eco-camp.
Morning: Boat ride from Qalansiyah to Shoab Beach (one of Socotra's most photogenic beaches). En-route: possible dolphin pods -- great for wildlife photography.
Afternoon: Shoot untouched white-sand beach, crystal-clear water, and mountains behind. Macro shots of shells, driftwood, and textures. Lunch picnic under the shade of palms.
Evening: Return boat trip during golden hour; sunset over Qalansiyah.
Overnight at Qalansiyah or Hadibo.
Morning: Visit Hadibo local market again for cultural shots. Optional quick trip to a nearby frankincense workshop or goat-herding village.
Afternoon: Free time, packing, and last-minute photo review.
Transfer to airport for departure flight.
